Hello!

My name is Alessio and I am Italian.

I was born on the mediterranean island of Sardinia.

I have worked in Milan in various restaurants and

then moved in Japan in 2000,  so I have been here for

the past 24 years. Naturally I speak Japanese quite well.

I opened Pizzeria Quattro Mori on the 23rd November 2018.

I personally built the wood-fired oven to offer everyone a bit of

authentic Italian atmosphere and most importantly a far tastier pizza.
